We have complimentary private parking spaces for three cars immediately in front of the clinic window on the pavement. An additional four complimentary private and sign-posted spaces are at the back of the clinic via the small skip road to the right of the adjacent hair studio.

There is further parking on the island in front of the clinic however this is only for one hour and therefore we encourage you to use our private parking reserved for our patients.

We don’t showcase before and after photos for a number of reasons, one of which being that we take our patients privacy very seriously. We may be able to show some generic examples during the consultation process, please do ask us about this during your session if you feel this would benefit you.

This is one of our most commonly asked questions. Dr Ana’s hair is indeed real and takes considerable time and effort to maintain as she has naturally very curly and frizzy hair. It requires weekly on-site visits from a hairdresser for blow-drying and taming. If you see Dr Ana’s hair looking glamourous, you can rest assured she certainly did not wake up looking like that.

Dr Ana’s treatments are performed by her husband and colleague, Dr Ali who she has has trusted fully with her her face for many years. They enjoy treating each other to injectables as part of their date night ritual.

We are open until 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday. We are also open every Saturday.

Yes of course. Feel free to bring a guest of your choice with you to your appointment for support. Please do let us know if anything else is required as we put your comfort and preference as our utmost priority.

Dr Ana has been receiving regular, light-handed “tweakments” every few months since her late 20’s. She is currently 37 years old and plans to continue ageing backwards for the foreseeable future as a perk of her job.

Her regular treatments (completed with an extensive daily medical-grade skincare routine) include:

Monthly:
Hydrafacial, Aerolase, Microneedling with exosomes and wellness massage

We would suggest booking in for a consultation or Visia skin analysis session as your first point of call where we will undertake a thorough assessment followed by an outline of suggested treatment options in your own time. It is possible to book a treatment following this session on the day if you prefer but we encourage you to take your time with the decision process.

This depends on the treatment modality, the vast majority of treatments do require a consultation prior to treatment so that we can ensure you are medically suitable and fully informed. In cases of time constraints it is possible to arrange for the treatment on the same day as the consultation however we fully encourage you to go away and and consider your options in your own time. Facials and wellness treatments can be performed without consultation as per your preference.

This depends on the product in question. Some of our products including Alastin, Obagi and ZO do require a consultation in advance.

We offer a range of electronic and physical gift cards which are the perfect gift for your loved one. You can purchase by contacting us via email, WhatsApp or phone.

We do not offer discounts or packages. We do have extensive and favourable VIP memberships subscriptions available which have a multitude of benefits including 15% discount on skincare products and complimentary facials.

We do not offer laser hair removal as we specialise fully in advanced cosmetic treatments.

Despite Dr Ali’s baby face, he is in his mid forty’s and has during this time acquired extensive medical qualifications including a Batchelor degree in pharmacology as well as general/cosmetic dentistry and dental surgery. He has undertaken further postgraduate special interest training in endodontics amongst other subject matters.
Interestingly, he commenced his aesthetic medicine training some 10 years ago alongside Dr Ana and they have since embarked on the journey to clinical excellence in the industry together as a team.
