Do follow-ups cost?

No. Follow-up appointments are complimentary for every single treatment. We invite you to use them to evaluate the outcome of your treatments, answer any questions and provide further expert advice.

When should I have a follow-up?

We generally recommend you have a follow-up a few weeks after injectables and 3-4 months after skin treatments.

What happens to my images?

Our patient imaging, used to analyse outcomes and guide treatment plans, are kept confidentially on our secure medical documentation platform online. Images are required for indemnity purposes. We do not under any circumstances share these photos without your prior explicit consent. In fact, our ethos is against sharing before and after photos as we feel they are often misrepresented or marketing purposes and do not respect the patient’s privacy. We invite you to have repeat images every 6-12 months for comparison purposes as this may benefit your journey and progress.

How qualified is your team?

We are a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), meaning we have clinical, dermatology and general cosmetic medical skills in-house. Every team member has been hand-picked by Dr Ana herself as an expert in their field with robust qualifications. They have undergone further training by Dr Ana to adapt her unique approach and bespokely curate treatment protocols. Our team collaboratively work as an MDT in order to ensure you receive the best possible care throughout your journey.

Who is in charge?

All treatment protocols are fully curated and overseen by our medical director, Dr Ana Mansouri.
