SkinCeuticals

SkinCeuticals comprises of the medical division of L’Oréal dermatological beauty where the product range centres around 25 years of advanced clinical research. The brand was founded by the dermatologist Dr Pinell who invented the first topical vitamin C Antioxidant serum, which to this day leads the way in innovation in the cosmetic industry as per their patented technology. SkinCeuticals has a multitude of evidence-based integrated protocols where their clinic grade products are utilised to enhance the results of in-clinic procedures as a means of protecting patients’ investments. Dr Ana Mansouri is an international Key Opinion Leader for the SkinCeuticals as has developed a number of combination protocols in partnership with the brand.

Alastin

Alastin is an innovative medical grade skincare brand led by the global pharmaceutical giant Galderma where state-of-the-art advanced peptide TriHex technology is utilised to stimulate collagen and elastic production in the skin. The brand has strong clinical data to demonstrate its use peri-procedurally alongside in-clinic rejuvenation procedures in order to boost results further.

ZO Skin Health

ZO is a medical-grade skincare brand created by dermatologist Dr Zein Obagi where powerful pretended active skincare ingredients are formulated to target a range of skin concerns associated with the ageing process.

Obagi Medical

Obagi is the original brand that was founded by Dr Zein Obagi which carries the most powerful prescription-grade cosmetic products on the market. Obagi transformation systems such as the Nu-Derm programme can aggressively treat even the most stubborn skin concerns such as melasma, acne and elastosis

I was made to feel really welcome straight away and the whole place had a warm, relaxing and professional atmosphere. Kelly was absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the HydraFacial and how it deeply cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and the treatment itself was fantastic. My skin felt instantly refreshed, deeply cleansed and noticeably more hydrated, with a smoother texture and a healthy, radiant glow. I had such a lovely experience with Kelly for my HydraFacial. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, and Kelly was so gentle and professional throughout. What is medical-grade skincare?

These products are formulated with higher concentrations of active ingredients. They are scientifically tested and designed to treat specific skin concerns more effectively than over-the-counter cosmetics.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

No, but we tailor our choices to suit your skin . During your consultation, our experts will assess your skin and recommend products that are right for you. Be open with us and we’ll give you the perfect solution.

Are the results of your skincare products permanent?

While they deliver visible improvements, consistent use is key to maintaining results. They are designed to provide ongoing benefits and prevent future skin concerns from developing. We’ll be only too happy to advise on top-ups.

Why is this part of a consultation?

Because high-quality skincare is the easiest route to an improved look without the complexity of a procedure. In short: it’s the most effective start you can make on your skincare journey.

Can you help me with acne?

Of course, and rosacea as well as many other conditions, too. Medical-grade products are highly effective and just need to be appropriately recommended by an experienced professional.

Is the consultation fee redeemable?

Yes, the consultation fee is fully redeemable against any future treatment of your choice.

Do I need to make a decision on the day?

No, we encourage you to go away with all the provided information to collect your thoughts and make a decision in your own time. We are happy to answer further questions with a follow-up call if required.

Will the consultation include a recommendation for skincare products?

We would be delighted to help you with a bespoke medical-grade skincare routine. Please note our clinic philosophy which centres all around an integrated combination approach where skincare and in-clinic treatments work synergistically alongside each other to optimise your results in the most valuable manner, in order to protect your investment.

We therefore offer combination treatment plans where skincare is provided alongside skin treatments, the minimum requirement would be a quarterly Hydrafacial (£150 per session). Alternatively, there are many more advanced treatments options which we will be happy to advise you on if you prefer.

We are unfortunately unable to accommodate for skincare-only treatments plans.
