I was made to feel really welcome straight away and the whole place had a warm, relaxing and professional atmosphere. Kelly was absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the HydraFacial and how it deeply cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and the treatment itself was fantastic. I had such a lovely experience with Kelly for my HydraFacial. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, and Kelly was so gentle and professional throughout. My skin looked noticeably brighter and more refreshed immediately afterwards, which I was really happy with.
