From the moment I walked in, I had such a lovely experience. I was made to feel really welcome straight away and the whole place had a warm, relaxing and professional atmosphere. Kelly was absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the HydraFacial and how it deeply cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and the treatment itself was fantastic. My skin felt instantly refreshed, deeply cleansed and noticeably more hydrated, with a smoother texture and a healthy, radiant glow. It also looked clearer and more even, with pores feeling less congested and my complexion visibly brighter. Such a positive experience from walking through the door to leaving. I had such a lovely experience with Kelly for my HydraFacial. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, and Kelly was so gentle and professional throughout. My skin looked noticeably brighter and more refreshed immediately afterwards, which I was really happy with. My initial consultation was with Anastasia, who is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. She listened to all of my concerns, addressed each one thoroughly, and is helping me build a skincare routine that will support my skin journey. For my initial treatment, I had a lovely HydraFacial with Kelly. She was so warm and welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. She gave me excellent skincare advice and helped me create a plan moving forward based on the consultation I’d already had. I left feeling much more confident about my skincare journey and would definitely recommend her. I highly recommend Dr Ana’s Skin Clinic. I had a SoftWave treatment with Anastasia at Dr Ana The Skin Clinic a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results I’ve seen so far. From start to finish, Anastasia was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. What really stood out to me was the level of preparation and care taken to ensure the treatment was as comfortable as possible. She thoroughly explained every step of the process beforehand and used her expertise to tailor the treatment carefully, checking in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I had expected the treatment to be quite painful, but thanks to Anastasia’s skill, technique, and preparation, it wasn’t painful at all. Now that I’m a month on from my treatment, I’m really pleased with the results I’ve seen.
